By accessing or using superstyle (“Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
Description of service
superstyle is an AI-powered personal styling platform that provides outfit search, style profiling, and virtual try-on capabilities. The Service is available as a web application and as a developer API.
Accounts
You may need to create an account to access certain features. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account.
API usage
Developer API access is subject to rate limits and usage policies. API keys are personal and non-transferable. You must not share, sell, or redistribute your API key. We reserve the right to revoke keys that violate these terms.
Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
- Upload content that infringes on intellectual property rights
- Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Service
- Interfere with or disrupt the Service or its infrastructure
- Use automated means to access the Service outside of the provided API
Intellectual property
You retain ownership of any images you upload. AI-generated try-on images are provided for personal, non-commercial use. The Service, its design, and underlying technology are owned by superstyle.
Disclaimer of warranties
The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee the accuracy of AI-generated images or style recommendations.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, superstyle shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
Changes to terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
